Over 20 years in design, connecting users, product, technology and business.
I turn complex problems into simple, efficient and scalable digital products, working end to end: product discovery, UX research, strategy, information architecture, UI, design systems, prototyping, usability testing and implementation alongside product and engineering teams.
My work spans technology, fintech, healthcare, education, agribusiness and aerospace. I've lived and worked in Toronto, Canada, and in different cities across Brazil.
I hold a degree in Design and a specialization in Product and Service Design, and I'm currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Strategic Design Management (FAAP), Neuromarketing and User-Centered Design (Faculdade Líbano) and Prompt Engineering (PUCPR), deepening my knowledge of design, behavior, management, technology and Artificial Intelligence.
Today my focus is Product Design and Artificial Intelligence: exploring how AI can transform products, experiences and the design process itself, with a special interest in conversational experiences, development and new ways for people to interact with intelligent systems.
From idea to production
I'm also an AI Designer Engineer: I don't just design products, I build them. I take an idea from concept to code in production, using Artificial Intelligence at every step.
