Your accounting firm, with AI by your side - In-house productContazelo is a management system for accounting firms that brings customer service, documents, pending items, processes and Artificial Intelligence together in a single operation. It was built inside a real accounting firm, based on the routine of the people who live it every day.
I built the product end to end: from the logo and visual identity to the website, the interface design and the development of the system in production.
One system, three entry points
The firm’s dashboard shows documents, pending items, deadlines, kanban tasks and operational health indicators. Each client has their own portal to see what’s missing, upload documents and track processes. And AI serves clients on the channels they already use.
Two AIs, two roles
One AI serves clients over WhatsApp, Telegram or email and delivers the right document from the firm’s archive, even from natural-language requests. The other works alongside the accountant: it answers questions about the client portfolio, drafts payment reminders and summaries, classifies documents and flags risks and priorities.
Secure omnichannel service
WhatsApp, Telegram and email in a shared inbox, with history per client and per-person permissions. The link between a person and a company is verified before anything is sent and, when in doubt, the conversation is handed to a person. Each firm’s data is kept isolated.
